I have to say it was a pleasure to work with Tegan at the dealership over the last week. I had initially wanted to gain some information about hybrid vehicles only. Tegan is very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. I had been looking into a Highlander for awhile, but had put it on the back burner. After talking with Tegan, driving the vehicle, her great listening skills, and patience with my decision process I now own a flare red Highlander. They have a gem in Tegan. Had regular service/maintenance done here twice. Average time was 2 hours. Both times, I chose to wait. There are desks in the waiting area and decent wifi. Service advisor came over around the 1 hour mark to update me. For the most recent visit, she came over, suggested tire replacements (I declined) and I asked for the brake fluid flush which took another hour. Overall, decent experience.
